Sequential Logic Llc is committed to providing quality services in domain registration, website hosting, web design, digital marketing, and cloud applications. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and return policy:

  1. Domain Registration
  • Refund Eligibility: Domain registration services are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. This is due to third-party registry policies that prevent refund processing for domains.
  • Exceptions: A full refund will be issued in cases where a domain registration fails due to technical errors on our part.
  1. Website Hosting
  • Refund Eligibility: Website hosting services are non-refundable once the hosting account has been activated. However, in the event of a service error or failure on our part, a refund or credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: To cancel your hosting service, you must provide a 30-day written notice before the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service period.
  1. Web Design
  • Custom Projects:
    • Web design services are custom and labor-intensive. Therefore, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
    • Refund Conditions: If a project is canceled before work has begun, a full refund may be issued. No refunds are issued once work has started or after project completion and delivery.
    • Cancellation Policy: You must provide a 30-day written notice before canceling any web design project that is in progress.
  1. Digital Marketing Services
  • Service Fees: Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, etc.) are billed based on the work performed and campaign management.
  • Refund Eligibility: Digital marketing services are non-refundable once the campaigns are live or work has commenced. However, in the event of service errors or omissions on our part, refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 30-day written notice is required to cancel ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
  1. Cloud Applications
  • Subscription-Based Services: Cloud applications provided on a subscription basis are non-refundable once the service period has started.
    • Cancellation Policy: A 30-day written notice is required before any cloud application services are canceled. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the service period.
  1. General Terms for All Services
  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing through our customer support email or the client portal, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before the desired cancellation date.
  • Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days, depending on your original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Setup fees, third-party services (e.g., domain registrations, software licenses), and any add-ons or integrations are non-refundable.
